Everything you need to know about creating your Fusang account, identity verification, and investor qualification.

How do I activate two-factor authentication (2FA)?

To activate 2FA on your account:

  1. Download an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy) on your mobile device
  2. Log in to your Fusang account and navigate to Security Settings
  3. Select “Enable 2FA” and scan the QR code displayed on screen with your authenticator app
  4. Enter the 6-digit code generated by your authenticator app to confirm activation

Once activated, you will be required to enter a code from your authenticator app each time you log in.

What is an authenticator app and why do I need it?

An authenticator app provides dual-factor authentication (2FA) for your account. It generates time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) that add an extra layer of security beyond your username and password.

Even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without also having access to your authenticator app. Popular authenticator apps include Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and Authy.
